		<description>It&#039;s an interesting concept, sure, but I don&#039;t buy the argument. People have been talking about dumb terminals for decades and it&#039;s never taken off. It seems that as we gain faster internet connections and bigger storage solutions we also gain an appetite for heavier media, which somewhat negates that gain. If we&#039;re dealing with massive files then we won&#039;t want to handle the delay of sending them over the network.

In my opinion, the key thing to make it happen is that network speed needs to eclipse by a dramatic amount, the size of the data we want to manipulate.

I&#039;m not sure that&#039;s going to happen any time soon.</description>
