Misuse/overuse of usability terms gets on my nerves all the time. Sadly, "We need breakthrough usability!" doesn't sound unfamiliar. We're just finishing up a Grad project for the new "Innovation Center" at school. Anything with that name on it just runs like wild fire. Innovation is the result of passionate, hard workers. Not a module you buy or a team you bill for. I kind of touched on this back in November on my blog.
