Designing Smart and Clever Applications Presentation Slides

I gave a talk at my publisher’s conference Voices That Matter: Web Design Conference yesterday on how to design better applications by using behavior to make them smarter and more clever. Although the examples in this presentation are web, the presentation works fine (and possibly even better) for desktop and device applications.

Note: you might want to skip ahead to Slide 11, as the opening slides are mostly intro.
