This applies to everyday products, websites, software, even vehicles. It's not about how can I make this cooler, but how can I make this better? Something to keep in mind. Hopefully, for at least one (if not both) of the projects I'll be working on at school this quarter, I'll be able to focus on behavior as much as on form, if not (as desirable) moreso.
